Quick Advice Needed.... Does MMR make them grumpy or ill?

Have booked DD for her MMR today .. but I'm not feeling great and don't want to have to cope with a grumpy 18 month old today.

Are there immediate side effects?

(I don't know because we gave DS singles and he had no reactions)

Think there can be effects 24-48 hours after and then again once incubation period over. Though dd had singles too so probbaly not the best person to give advice, sorry!

DS1 didn't react to his, ds2 did but not for about 6or7 days. Hope that helps.
