Cramp

I had a painful stab of cramp in my calf about 3 weeks ago, so painful I leapt out of bed. When it had passed I was left with an achey leg which still hasn't completely gone away, in fact now both calves ache most of the time.

I've been taking magnesium supplements since as I have a vague idea this might help. Does anyone have any other good ideas to relieve this? Exercises or something? I'm THAT desperate Grin

If you have cramps regulary you need to take salt tablets (check with GP) first in case you at risk with salt.
If you have flown recently you need to see GP in case of thrombosis

tonic water, has quinine in, and quinine is used to treat cramp, give it a try. but like cheekymonkey suggests get a DVT ruled out 1st
