I had a painful stab of cramp in my calf about 3 weeks ago, so painful I leapt out of bed. When it had passed I was left with an achey leg which still hasn't completely gone away, in fact now both calves ache most of the time.
I've been taking magnesium supplements since as I have a vague idea this might help. Does anyone have any other good ideas to relieve this? Exercises or something? I'm THAT desperate
