My 2 year old dd has just got dressed and while putting her on the loo I noticed a little discharge on her nappy, it doesnt look red or anything, is this normal?

She still has the discharge which i now have noticed has turned smelly. I am currently toilet training so am worried that it may be down to me not cleaning her properly
