Ive always felt cold off and on and then after my third child it changed and was always warm!! however for past couple of months keep feeling sooo cold..like im chilled to the bone and just cant get warm..hands are freezing and when i take my temp[inner ear type thermometer] im coming up with a reading of around 35.1-4 regularly but only when im getting this horrible cold feeling..could it be low iron? as im veggie and sometimes find it hard to absorb iron... also been excessively tired even after a good nights sleep and feeling really down and fed up with the world..everything goes wrong and I get upsety very easily and snappy/irritated..seem to have lost my sense of fun and humour too!!! any ideas?

Feeling cold can be assiciated with an underactive thyroid.

Or you could just be cold!
