ive been with my partner for 3 years. about 2 years ago we had an 'accident' while having sex and he hit my low cervix really hard. it felt like womb and everything tilted forward and my cervix was pressing against my 'back part'! the pain after was unbearable! after a week or so it went back to normal but since then everytime we have sex he hits my cervix and it hurts! we have tried different positions but nothing seems to help! ive thought about going to the doctors to see if i could have a hysterectomy as i dont want anymore children, but is there anything else i could do instead??

Please go to the doctors as he or she may offer help that is not as drastic as a hysterectomy. Off you go!!

Most normal willies will fill the vagina and touch your cervix, but it shouldn't hurt unless the guy is being really rough. You need to go to drs and check that you do not have a prolapse.
Do you have any other problems and were you aware of this before you had sex?

no i didnt have a clue, never had problems with having sex until our 'accident' happened. And since then its been a strain on our sex life as most of the time it hurts. Whats a prolapse then and what happens?

I'm no expert but after children things can stretch and drop a bit eg cervix/womb. Does NOT always mean a hysterectomy. My mum had op to get things up a bit but other women are given pelvic exercises and other non surgical options. You need to chat to your GP.

Good luck.
