I have a 3yr old DD. When she was born i suffered from PND and was put on medication. I was on it for a month but didnt like the way it made me feel so came off it. I didnt go back to docs but seemed to feel better.
In the last year or so i have been getting very down at times and when i think i'll go to the docs about it i feel slightly better so dont bother.
Feeling very low again but know ill feel ok in a few days.
Is this normal or should i talk to doc about it? Dont want to go on meds but i know i am a bit of a nightmare at times!!
Could this still be PND?
Thanks

I know nothing about PND, but, if you are concerned enough to post here, I think you should go back to see your GP.
I know there are many different sorts of ADs available, just because one didn't suit you there are more you can try.
I really hope someone will come by soon with more experience than me.
