ZITS!

I occasionally get a lone whopper zit, usually situated near my nose but today, a bit further away and so no longer mascarading as an escaped bogie, but more obvious for what it actually is IYSWIM. I am not just out of teenage years (I am coming up to 41 FGS!) so what am I doing wrong to still get them?

Any health, food, beauty tips gratefully received please.

isn't toothpaste meant to dry them up?

Lonelymum · 10/11/2005 14:54

I want to stop getting them in the first place! When I was a teenager, it was supposed to be eating choclate that gave you zits, but I have since read that that is not true. So what is causing them? How can I prevent them?

Lonelymum if you are still getting zits-i am too at 42yrs old,the good news is you will get less wrinkles and stay looking younger honest

I think I am quite young looking for my age (although the wrinkles are beginning to appear) but I don't want to look that young!

Hurray - I thought I was the only one. Sorry to rejoice in your misfortune but this thread has really given me a lift! I keep meaning to give up caffeine and alcohol and drink loads of water but after a good couple of days I have some sort of nightmare with dd and/or ds and then overindulge in the bad stuff. If you find a miracle cure, please let me know.
