I've been sneezing and sniffling since about Friday and been taking hayfever medication (loratadine) with little effect. I have also been having runny eyes, especially at night, which caused me to think hayfever/allergy. However I now have pressue in my sinuses, and the fact that it came on pretty quickly and has got progressively worse is making me wonder if it might be sinusitis. I've already had it once this year and it was ghastly and took forever to shake off.
Any ideas? Would sinusitis cause runny eyes or should I try another hayfever medication (I've got some cetrizine in my drawer)?
