Polyps around nose

I (embarrassingly) have a cluster of polyps on one side of my nose. They've been there for as long as I can remember, and occasionaly grow big enough for me to remove.

ATM they are very sore, for no reason at all.

If I went to the GP about them, is there anything thy can do? I am getting very self concious about them.

I know that for polyps in your nose steroid sprays/drops can help to reduce them and if that does not help you can be referrred to the ENT department at your local hospital. Yes go and see your Dr anyway.
