I think I have sprained my thumb. I did it weeks ago, how long to heal or is it fybromyaligia?

I am suffering with a lot of pain atm in my arms and hands.

Ill be watching this thread as i have had pain in my right thumb for well over a month now and just thought id developed arthritis, was going to make an appt with a doc but not entirely sure they can do much. I don't remember bumping it or anything but thats not to say I havent.

Is this a sympton of Fibro then?

I don't know. I think it started when I had to do an emergency stop.
