I was suffering 3 week long periods up until recently. I've had to go on the pill until my gynacolocy appointment, I'm hoping to find out whether there are any other options then.
I have found taking 'spatone' (an iron supplement in the form of mineral water) helps stave off the tiredness.
I'm not sure there is much you could do other than visit your GP to see what they suggest?
