Chest & back pain from trapped wind

Anyone ever experienced this? I've been getting it off and on for the past month or so, usually in the evening or at night when I'm lying down. I'm sure it's just trapped wind in my chest and not something more serious but it's incredibly painful and can last for a couple of hours. Moving around and stretching seems to help a bit but mostly I just have to wait for it to pass.

I have an appointment with my GP in a couple of weeks but in the mean time just wondering if anyone has had this, has any idea what causes it or how to get rid of it?

The past few weeks after eating usually I get an awful back pain, at first I thought it was heart burn or indigestion over eating too fast, but after looking it up I couldn't find anything about back pains. I'm starting to think maybe it's trapped wind? I'm having it now and a few burbs earlier relieved me slightly. It's almost like someone is scrunching the inside of me. It's behind my lungs in the middle of my back! Can anyone help me find out what it is or how to ease the pain?

I suffer from this and its caused by acid reflux in my case, I get it quite bad and suffer from night time reflux which leave an awful taste in your mouth and a burning ache in your chest and lungs at times. Do you get this?
