boob spot/itchy/flakey thing

Have this spot thing on areola (is that whats its called?!) its not the same as the other montgomery glands which sometimes have a bit of yuck coming out of them, its much bigger and is sort of raised and the skin on it and the skin around it is all flakey and often itchy. It sometimes leaks white (very very white colour) stuff out it or blood, and when its like that if I press it more comes out. Its getting worse not better. Had it for months. Is it just a different type of that gland?

you need to go to GP and have it checked out as any lump on the breast should be checked

I sort of knew that but needed someone to tell me. I havent seen many nipples up close, i just assumed it montgomery gland. googled today because its annoying me and pics of glands dont look like my bit.
