Help... not pregnant so why the labour pains?

Since I woke up this morning my back has had a dull ache which has slowly worsened and spread down my buttocks and my thighs, I have also been sick two or three times and had a pressure build up in my back passage which is not constapation and now have the odd twinge up the front but no contraction type pains.

I was out with my mum all day and she started to get worried about it too because it sounds exactly like her labours and how mine was with DS so I thought that you hear of women not knowing so went and bought a test which was negative.

V.confused and am now lying on the couch with a hot water bottle behind me and moaning in pain every now and again.

Any ideas or experience of this? Confused

If it persists you need to see a Gp - you could have a bowel or urinary tract/kidney infection and need antibios to get better.
Hope you feel better tomorrow

It sounds like a bad urinary / kidney infection. I'd go to A&E if I were you.

Go to A&E if you're in so much pain and it's not going away. However I think that it is occasionally possible to get a -ve result in the third trimester due to dropping hcg levels...(although I may be wrong)!

A&E for sure. Either way (kidney infection or labour!) you need medical attention. Good luck, let us know how you are.

I get similar problem and found out its coccyx pain ... I have not had a physical injury but it can come on anytime especially after having children. Maybe the sickness is a result of being in pain? As its not a symptom of coccyx problems per se. Try googling and maybe trip to GP.
