4mo started arching back in sleep any ideas?

doesn't seem to be in pain but is sleeping a lot and think has slight cold.

If it continues it might be worth reading our reflux thread in the breast/bottle feeding section as it is a classic sign and not unheard of to appear from nowhere. Hope your LO is better soon.
