Help Spotty Constipated 11 month old

My poor little man has been constipated for the past week, I have tried everything, orange juice, sugar in water, mashed fruit, reducing his milk feed to one bottle but still no sign only the odd rabbit dropping. He has also developed this nasty rash on his cheeks and looks more like a spotty teenager than a peachy skinned baby. He suffered from milk rashes at around 3 to 6 months but this had all cleared up - could it be linked to the constipation. Any tips for clearing up both would be greatly appreciated.

Try prune juice. It's like dynamite!

My ds gets a bad rash on his face if he's bunged up. We use a Weleda homeopathic remedy called Siderit. He takes it, has to wait 15 minutes before eating, then a bit of breast milk and whoosh! We get it from the doctor - but I presume you can just get it from any Weleda stockist.
