My dad is having his fourth discectomy tomorrow; I am a little concerned

He had 2, 2 years ago - same disc

Then a different disc went & was operated on in Oct

& now another one tomorrow

I worry

How is your Dad now?

When my mum spoke to him first thing he was 'looking forward' to breakfast

He may come out later today; but they aren't sure

He is out & on paracetamol only

They did the right side in October; which apparently left him lobsided. Now they have done the left side too his vertebrae are now level/straight so he should be in less pain

Well, that all sounds good! I hope he gets a good night sleep tonight in his own bed :)
