Is vitamin B-complex supposed to work?

Its supposed to help. I'm currently charting my symptoms and trying to remember to take Vitamin B6, Evening Primrose and Starflower combo, and a multi vit for good measure. I had a shocker of a month last month and went a bit loopy so hoping something helps this month. I need to read up on which one does more and will check in if I have any more info.
