Vaginal Prolapse - anyone had this?

I read a link that starlover (i think) gave me on another thread and it has scared me half to dealth! I have all the symptoms and am worried about going to the doctors, incase i need to have the operation - i am so scared i'll die under anestitic, always been terrified of it.

Whats the worst that can happen if i dont go to the doctors? has anyone had the operation or treatment for it?

I think you should go to see the GP and get a proper diagnosis before you start worrying yourself half to death. You may not need surgery at all but you won't know until you see the GP.

I do know someone who's had it and yes, she had an operation but all was completely fine. Don't hvae any information to hand though.
Don't panic but do go to doctor.

I would get it looked at now, i know it sounds silly but if you leave it, it may be an even worse situation.
