i have taken the two day course and felt better, but now ive finished the pack its come back! should i get another pack or do i need antibiotics? not sure how long it takes to go and if i should wait before going docs. had it since tuesday.

I'd go to GP. Not least because it gets bad over the weekend you won't be able to get to your GP to get antibiotics.
