Could it be a varicose vein? Especially so late on with a low bump there will be a lot of extra...pressure down there iyswim. Get a little mirror and have a look!

It happened to me too lisalisa. I bathed it in cool water and applied some cream. It didn't solve it but added some relief and went away on it's own. I think it was heat irritation. Hope this helps
