excema (sp) on eyelids

Very stressful few weeks at work (really horrible) and have come out with excema (sp -sorry) on my eyelids, actually under my eyebrows and down towards the tearducts. Been slathering on chunks of my aloe vera plant and would rather not use a steroid, however mild. Any advice?

simple eye ointment very useful around the eyes as it's a good moisturiser and if it gets in your eye it doesn't matter as it can be used as an eye lubricant as the name indicates. If you are very careful you could try Aveeno cream on your eyelids. It contains oatmeal which is a natural anti-inflammatory and alot of people with mild eczema have told me that since they started using it they have not had to use a steroid cream.
