OK it's not an illness but legs are part of the body so I thought best to put it here.

Anyone got any tips? I only get them when I am very tired and I am very tired because I can't get to sleep because of my legs.

grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

What the arse can I do about them?

Marking my place, as I suffer as well.

FWIW, things I have found that helped: cutting down on coffee, losing weight, doing more exercise, not being pregnant, not resting my laptop on my lap in the evenings, sleeping on my stomach...

Ohh it's so annoying, I feel your pain... Am currently pregnant, and going slowly round the bend with it.

I don't usually suffer from it thankfully so I'm hoping it will go away when the baby arrives, but I wonder if acupuncture would help?

I also have this, it drives me mad! Mine is worse when my asthma is bad, when it's hot or my legs have another reason to be swollen. Putting them up on a pillow or massaging helps, although OH doesn't like it when I massage my feet in the middle of the night!

I get this toooo! argh! its a nightmere. It was really bad when pregnant and hasnt really gone away. Its worse in the evening and at night. Keeps me awake on a regular basis.

Please someone post with a magic cure [hopeful]
