Hi all just a quick question and hoping for some personal experiences.
Has anyone had scar revision / reduction and how has it been for you?
I am booked in to see a plastic surgeon consultant next week for 12 year old scars on my arm, which were due to self harm! yes I am very embarrassed by them and come summer time I cover up and feel like I can't enjoy the summer!
I have 6 scars in total ranging from an inch long to 3 inches long and they are a lot lighter than my skin tone and noticeable! I've tried all the creams, silicone sheets etc and nothing has worked! Scar revision is now my only hope!
If anyone has any personal experiences I would love to hear them.
