For a while now I've had a really itchy nipple - it comes and goes, but can be maddening. I've also had a couple of small patches of scaly skin in the same area.
At the weekend I developed what appears to be a spot in the same area but it's really painful. The area where the spot has appeared is very sore to touch, but not too red. DH reckons it's got a 'head' (sorry if that's TMI).
Should I be concerned?
