kidney stones?

think i have these, will be going doc's! can anyone tell me what symptoms are and how its diagnosed and treated? thanks :)

I have some of these. For me the symptoms are extreme pain (mainly in my back) and urinary infections. They were diagnosed eventually by a CT scan but there were apparently indications of stones on an earlier ultrasound. Not yet had treatment, back to the consultant next week.

thats the symptoms ive been having on and off for a couple of months now. pain comes and goes so i know i dont have another kidney infection or it would be very painful constantly
