Hi all, approaching 50 and realise that if I am to avoid incontinence in the next few years I am going to have to do something very definite about my woeful pelvic floor muscles. I am in that sad category who leak when they jump, run, cough, sneeze....and it can only get worse. I am way beyond doing those "drawing up" exercises, I need serious help!

Last week I read an article about someone who had got a device which stimulated the muscles I think the writer used it for 20 mins a day and she said after 3 months there was a MASSIVE improvement. Only thing is, she didn't say what the machine was.

So, I wondered if any of you had used one, could say if it worked, and could point me in the right direction? TIA

Ok.....not quite what you were asking for....but an orgasm is a very good way for toning pelvic floor muscles.
