restless legs

Just dd an essay about restless legs, got a phone call halfway through and messed up I think. Might have posted, wll check. Any ideas, I'm climbing the walls.

Yep, climbing the walls. Imagine sort of cramp in your legs and thighs/hips. Walking round fast helps, sitting down or lying is a no no, makes it worse! Want to smack legs against the walls, DH no help at all. Tried massaging, moving round the only thing that helps! I'm tired and nned to sleep, but really cross with it. OMG I'm turning into an old lady

My cousin's husband has this and I know it's reallt difficult to live with. I just googled it (I'm sure you've done this before!) and found this:

A friend of mine swore that eating banana's helped as sometimes it is caused by a potassium deficiancy.

I had it really badly in my first pregnancy, so I really feel for you. I used to take a very warm bath.

I had this about a year ago.Someone suggested drinking Indian Tonic Water (not the diet sort) before going to bed.It worked a treat.

i had it in late pg i put a wheat bag in freezer one hour befor bed, it worked as long as i got to sleep befor it got warm again
