Homeopathy recomendations for after sugery please

I have to have my hernia repared soon. I wil be taking Arnica 200. Has anyone got any recomendations for other remedies I should use?

yes, I swear by arnica too, I would also say maybe zinc/B supplement as zinc is good for healing generally and Bs are de-stressors.
My oh had a shoulder op recently and dr was amazed how quickly his bruising went and how quickly it all healed - he was taking arnica 30.

I took Arnica 30s then 200s and a couple of hypernicum(sp?) in between.
I am sore and taking it very easy but healing nicely.
