Since giving birth to dc3 6 months ago my body is a wreck. I've developed allergies, hayfever, 2 bouts of infected mastitis, cold sores, ulcers, my joints and back ache, acne and then yesterday my right foot swelled up into one big bruise for no apparent reason.

Now I know none of the above is life threatening, but I have 3 dcs to look after and feel totally knackered, hard to move off the sofa to go to the loo shattered.

I'm eating healthily, pretty active, (3 dcs make sure of that) and taking a post natal multi vitamin.

Any thing else anyone can advise?

I'm still breastfeeding which doesn't help as most hay fever remedies are out as are many natural remedies.

I think what I probably need is just a bit of sleep, but I'm sure you're all aware how unlikely that is!

Thank you Smile

Perhaps a smoothie in the morning add yoghurt to balance the fruit and oats as they have calming qualities.

Try a good herb tea calming one and try and relaxtion CD... I was told that beetroot is very good for immune system I hate the taste though it might be worth it to mix it with some apple juice just to kick start your health.

I have some chicken lotion i use on my shingles it herbs so would work on skin and St john wort oil is great for repair /scars.

the lotions are from hamblys they do telephone consultations are super wonderful.

also take some very strong probiotic ones in brown glass that are live, also make sure all your vits are food state ie treated as food or you end up weeing them out.
