Recommendations for good 'tonic'

Am 48, full-time job and part-time carer, am tired all the time, anyone recommend a good tonic?

Hmm, I don't really believe in 'tonics', but it might be worth taking a good multi-vitamin/mineral supplement. Maybe get one that has 100% of everything as a start. One of the first things that comes to mind is iron - could you be slightly anaemic?

Better tho to ensure that you are getting a good balanced diet, enough sleep, regular exercise - yup, much easier to type than do, I know!

Of course I write this as someone with absolutely no medical expertise! Did not want this to go unanswered however.

Floradix is amazing, I took it after I had DD2 and felt great. Think you can get it from Holland and Barrett.

I go for Metatone every time. Brilliant stuff. I'd also say get your iron count checked out and also try and make time for yourself to do a little light exercise, even if it's a few yoga type stretches because I always find when I am exercising I have more energy :)

I agree with pinksheeps suggestion of Floradix, it's brilliant stuff !
