Hya, I put my back out 3 months ago. It was achy at first down one leg including the knee joint. Now it does not hurt in back at all - just in knee - I now have a knee click when I climb stairs and thigh joint can ache. It's getting better every week though - I swim quite often.
I went to docs in the beginning and they recommended usual over the counter pain relief.
Problem is - we have booked our family skiing holiday and leave in a few days and I'm worried the extreme exercise could trigger the pain off. Is there anything I can get over the counter to help any pain that might start. Or should I go back to the doctors. I was going to take things very easy but still worried what might happen.
