What in the name of Christ on a bicycle is that?

Have just found a massive lump on my inner thigh - about half an inch to an inch across, right on the 'outer limits' of my bikini line. Like a massive, non-itchy, mosquito bike.

It doesn't hurt unless I squeeze it, and then there's a little pucker that looks like a hair follicle, so I'm assuming it's an ingrowning hair, but how did it get so sodding big without me noticing?

Am about 5 weeks pregnant, you can't get grow a baby in your leg... can you?

And more to the point, what the arsing hell do I do to get rid of it? It doesn't have a 'head' IYSWIM.

Am only about 10 minutes pregnant and already my body is throwing me curve balls

Suspect not pregnancy related but am no expert! Could well be some kind of infected follicle but surprising that it is that large and yet not sore, so am thinking maybe a cyst? Anyway, off to the GP with you!

I had one of these on the inside of my thigh once too. Had no idea it was there until I found it while I was in the bath. I squeezed the shit out of it and it burst. Very satisfying! Is the lump hard or is it soft? If it's hard don't squeeze it, it could be an infection but to be honest I think you would know if it's an infection cos it would bloody hurt!

I'd get a warm compress and apply it to the lump for 10 mins every four hours for a few days. It should help bring it to a head. Then when it comes to a head you can try popping it with a sterilised needle.
