really gripy abdominal pain

started last night woke me up.Also have headache and nausea.No diarrhoea/temp.I am feeling lousy.When it comes on (is intermittent) it feels a bit like a contraction.Tis horrid.Whats up with mehave spent all day in bed and struggled with dcs tonight.Ds bless him even had to put dd in bed for me after i got her in jamas.:(

Could you be constipated? It causes a really horrible sharp pain. I had it once and thought there was something seriously wrong with me! If it is you need to drink loads of water.

Have you put a hot water bottle on your stomach to try to ease it?
Have you got any Peppermint tea?

Nope,bowels normal lol!

have tried hot water bottle,paracetomol and early grey tea(no peppermint)

if no better tommorow and going to go to walk in centre.
