Urine test anomaly - irregular periods.

Hi everyone.

Today I had a urine test as part of a routine medical exam.
The doctor asked if my periods were regular as there was an anomaly in the test and it is normally attributed to irregular periods in women.

I didn't quite understand the anomaly because the exam was in French. What I'd like to know is what the problem was? Is it a hormonal thing?

Also, it's not very important as I know you can't diagnose over the internet, but what sort of thing could this be? PCOS? or endo? Something like this?

Thank you in advance!
