A long story which i hope to summarise quickly-for the past four weeks been feeling awful, started with burning sensations under armpits and soreness burning in feet and hands, arms, gradually got worse with aching numbness in patches all over body.Anyway went to gp who first said peripheral neuropathy-initially sent off for blood tests-(a week later as first blood test appt could get) Anyway came back with everything normal apart from thyroid levels potentially pointing to hypothyroidism-ie not within normal limits but not excessively over. Had to pester for these results and to see another doctor who just requested more bloods (another week before could get tests as surgery soo soo busy) That was last tuesday-since then been feeling so fatigued, stiffness and pain in neck down back and generally achy all over. Feel pain in groin area-presume its my immune system working over time, as well as in neck and still under armpits. Been so worried about everything as seems to be no solution. Finally seeing gp again tomorrow who will hopefully have results from auto antibodies thyroid test. Anyway as you see-just wondering and hoping in a way if all this could be caued by my thyroid-im 6 months post natal and have a an active 3 year old and a husband who leaves to work abroad tomorrow for 6 weeks so need my health back.
