Toddler stools advice please

My two year old has a very poor appetite and alway has. His stools over the past few days have been a creamy colour. Is this due to him being underfed. Any advice welcome I keep thinking the worse. I will make an appointment with the doctor at the begining 0f the week.

hmm i remember seeing something on you are what you eat about it... but not entirely sure what it meant

what kind of things does he eat? there are sneaky ways of getting extra fruit and veg in them if you;'re having probs!
