Help I have eaten raw chicken!

My dear mother made me a sandwich for lunch which I have eaten. I then found out that she had made it on the chopping board where I had prepared raw chicken this morning. The board was waiting to be washed up.

What shall I do?

Not a lot you can do except wait and see! Be reassured though that not all chickens carry the salmonella bug, so it isn't inevitable that you'll be sick!

we had raw chicken in a dish in Japan and we were fine!!
