hi,totally shattered mum needing fast advice please ! my 8 year old been up most of night with earache bless her i have given painkillers, but im not able to take her to the doctor until i get her twin off to school. Does anyone know how i can ease pain till then :~

A hot water bottle wrapped in a towel/jumper?Poor thing I was plagued with these as a child So painful.

Definitely hot.I think childrens nurofen is best for ears iirc x

A tablespoon of salt tightly wrapped in a clean sock and warmed in the microwave then pressed against the sore ear works wonders for me. Its a strange solution and I have no idea why it works, but it does. And give her something to chew, it will help release any fluid building up behind the ear-drum. Hope she's better soon
