Ibuprofen, cold water, sudocrem on any really sore spots.

What's wrong with it?

Mine felt like it had been attacked with a cheese grater the other week as I had really bad thrush, but canestan and natural yog did the trick.

Blush an over enthusiastic session on saturday. it isn't as bad now but i have taken some paracetemol.

Ibuprofen will probably work better than paracetamol if things are inflamed. Oh, and Envy at the nature of your injury Grin
