Got upset, ended up not being able to breath properly, head was swimming, and my whole body felt like a lead weight. Was supposed to be going into a meeting but got to the door and totally lost it. Felt drained for the rest of the day, went to bed in afternoon got up and was then sick.

Don't know but sounds helluva like it to me. Hopefully someone here will have more for you but in the meantime I hope you are going to be kind to yourself as well as getting to bed early. LIFE takes it out of us and it comes out in all sorts of ways. Sounds like a warning to ease up somewhere. Good luck babe.

Yes it does kath. I had panic attacks when in my late teens. I had a very good doctor who was trained in hypnotherapy and helped me with some relaxation techniques.

When my mum was getting stressed I wrote out what the doctor had told me as a kind of "script" - if you like I will try to find it and send it on to you? CAT me with your email addy if you are interested.
