Got up this morning middle of the night with 15 month old boy who insisted on celebrating his 15 month birthday very very early. Wants to be be carried, fussing (teething i think).
Anyway. All fine. He sat at his little table to eat a very nutritious early morning snack of cream cheese sandwich, and wanted to be pushed in so I lent to push him in, not far, hardly at all.
Sat down, to find that my mid back, or rather my ribs are excrutiating. If I learn forward I find it hard to catch my breath, and I need to lean up very straight which stretches something, that really hurts but when done eases it. Not stops it, But of course keeping very still is impossible. And so I am struggling to catch my breath!
It feels like something is going to/needs to snap in my ribs!
very weird, a pulled muscle perhaps, i thought, but pain is equal on both sides.
Help me identify this and I shall reward you with a virtual box of chocolates
