Snoring

My snoring is so bad my DH hasn't has a decent night sleep in ages. What can I do???

You can go to your gp, ask for a referral to a sleep clinic, and get it assessed. Take dh, and a recording of you snoring so they hear how bad it is.

i would go to GP too! actually i think my neighbors would frog march me there! the walls are so thin, cant break wind without them knowing about it lol

seriously tho, i really would go and see GP
