And constant virus coughs, sneezes, please pass them on!

I have been diagnosed with post viral fatigue and chronic sinusitis. I also have psioritic arthritis.

I am so fed up of constant sniffles and coughs and wonder if anyone has found anything that builds up immunity especially as I spend lots of time with toddlers and children, who love to kiss and cuddle despite their snotty noses. Smile

Echinacea is supposed to be good

Have you tried any nasal sprays at all?

zinc supplement

Rhodiola Rosea - very good for chronic fatigue - make sure you get the rosea variety. Don't take it if you suffer from hypertension.
Echinacea
Zinc
Iron - Spatone Iron is the easiest on the system. Don't take it with tea/coffee as they impair iron absorption.
Oregano Oil
Vitamin C
Manuka Honey - take it dissolved in hot water with some lemon and fresh ginger if you like.

Thank you for those suggestions. My blood pressure is a little high so I'll avoid the RR.
I will visit Holland and Barrett tomorrow.
I need to cut down on dairy and sugar too, I've been overindulging recently. I tried coconut milk that was on offer as an alternative to milk and was not too impressed.
I have been dozing, coughing and sneezing all day so apologise for my tardy return to this thread. I'm just off to bed, probably won't sleep after this lazy day. Smile

Olive leaf extract is very good too along with a healthy diet.
