swollen tonsils

hello

My tonsils have been swollen for about 3weeks now yet ive got no other symptoms,no pain nothing.everything making me gag, so ucomfortable.
why are they like this?

try putting some gentle pressure on them with a wet cotton bud - it may be tonsil stones. They are normal but might just need a nudge to pop out

not had any luck with that,i have noticed some white lumps on back of throat though and my glands up in neck.
Does anyone have any idea?
