Detox regime

After weeks and weeks of binge eating crap, ive decided to have a week of detoxification.
Started yesterday, so far have had no tea or coffee, no chocolate, no crisps etc.
Sticking to 2ltrs water a day, high fibre cerials. fruit and a meal high in carbohydrate at night. No bread up to now.
My question is, have you ever done this and what tips can you offer to detox my system and keep it up.
Ive set myself one week up to now.
Feeling rough, very very bad headache yesterday, today feeling weak and weary and a bit down in the dumps TBH.

Thanks Kama, ive just had a browse through. I think that rather than a stringent detox, to follow a healthy eating plan may be better for me.
Its the sheeps milk, rice milk etc that puts me off, it seems like an awful lot of faffing and buying in things that i wouldnt normally.

My ds is 2 now and i feel that chronic fatigue from a lack of sleep over the past 2 years and convenience diet and lack of motivation not helped by mild depression has all taken its toll and i now need to treat my body as i did prior to DS coming along, i need to get "me" back.

A friend of mine swears by the Carol Vorderman Detox. She is a skinny thing but did it for energy and ir worked. She does it whenever she starts to feel knackered again.
