For the past couple of months I have suffered from a spasmonic pain in my lower right abdomen - it's a really wierd pain, almost like a muscle twisting inside, more dull than sharp but when it comes on you really know about it - really low down below my hip bone, almost in my groin - the kind of area I'd expect the ovaries to be?
Also my periods started being a bit wierd. One month they were over a week late, the next month a week early!
And then for the past two weeks I've had the most awful back ache, low down in the lower back but its so bad that if I move in a certain way, my back actually CLICKS! It's so stiff and awful, not the kind of pain you get with periods, more skeletal/muscular.
And to top it off, I've noticed an increase in vaginal discharge. It isn't discoloured or smelly so I'm not overly concenred but added up to the other stuff - what's going on?
You could add a decreased appetite to that but that could be caused by stress.
