blepharitis and styes

I have been getting recurring styes and chalazions in my eyes.
I have recently been diagnosed with blepharitis and have been advised to use 'Blephasol' a new eye cleanse that's just out.

Anyone use this?
Anyone use anything else for this condition?

My husband has blepharitis and uses 'Lid Care'. They do it in a liquid or wipes. He finds the wipes more convenient. We've found that chemists don't always stock them but will order them in.

Had this about 20 years ago.
Had a minor op to remove the chalazion ( hadn't ever seen this word written down for last 20 years)
I was then told by the eye surgeon to bathe my eyes with cooled boiled salt water. Totally separate for both eyes ie separate little bowls and cotton wool pads, never to mix. It worked and I never had chalazion or blephritis again.

Just remembered that baby shampoo is good too. Odd I know but it works.

Thanks for that

I have been using diluted baby shampoo, but bth I haven't done it every day. I'll try to get hold of 'Lid Care'and give that a go..anything to avoid these horrible styes!!

Bearcat...unfortunately I've had a few chalazions but luckily there have resolved by themselves without the need for surgery. Very unpleasant though...you're lucky to only have had one...
