My period started a week early

This has NEVER happened before. Ever. Maybe a day, but never a week!

Does it mean anything?

It might just be stress. Has something happened/is something about to happen that's worrying you?

Nope, nothing....glad I'm not in the middle of a camping holiday or something! Not that I ever go camping to be honest, but you get my drift :)

Any other ideas?

Don't worry for now.

One anomaly wouldn't worry me. See if it happens again adn then make a decision to see your GP.
