another nappy question

ds (5mths) has a little faint spot of pink in his nappy. He had this once before, at between 2-3mths iirc, and the doctor was not concerned. However there is also a very tiny bit of pink in his poo (spot is in a pee-y bit of the nappy). Should I be concerned, or only if it's obvious/'real' blood?

i wouldn't be too worried.. just keep an eye on it and see if it happens again/gets worse
